What exactly has been holding up Rosario+Vampire? It's been delayed for awhile hasn't it?
I think that Funimation is trying to get Blu-ray rights to Rosario+Vampire.
From Funimation's Facebook page, regarding the delay:
I'll only be getting FMA Brotherhood Part 5 would have got One Piece if it would have been S4 voyage 1.
Those are my picks.... well, sheesh, that's going to be an expensive month.
One Piece, Soul Eater, and Shin-Chan for me. Also, Ugg still no release of the Tenchi OVA saves, oh well Im Paitaint, but If I don't see those on a list somewhere by September, I may get abit antsy.
